Condition of Returns
Items must:
- Be unused
- Not installed
- Not filled with soil or water
- In original packaging
- In resale condition
We allow returns for:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defect
We do NOT Accept Returns for:
- Installed systems
- Used or filled trays
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Modified or drilled products
Refund terms:
- Refund processed after inspection
- Original shipping cost not refundable
- Return shipping paid by customer (unless damaged or incorrect item)
